8  ounces  cream cheese  softened 1  cup  light sour cream 1  cup  blue cheese crumbles ½  cup  green onions  diced ½  cup  fresh parsley  diced ½  teaspoon  white vinegar kosher salt and black pepper to taste  
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Remove the cream cheese/sour cream combination and transfer it to a medium bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well until combined.
Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.
