Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ½ cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped shrimp
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Cut the jalapeños into halves and remove the seeds.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add the cheddar cheese and garlic.
  • Fold in the bacon and shrimp, then fill each jalapeño pepper half with the mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then bake for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
